The space
Seaside La Casita occupies an elevated position within the exclusive Villas Del Mar community at Palmilla, facing south across the Pacific with uninterrupted views from morning through sunset. The Cuvée renovation brought the estate's design into full expression — contemporary Spanish architecture with bohemian design details, custom hand-carved fireplaces, original Mexican artwork, Spanish-style terracotta tile, and exposed wood beams throughout.
The outdoor spaces are the villa's defining feature. The heated infinity pool's floor is illuminated by a custom lighting installation that mirrors the exact star positions at the birth of the owner's daughters — a personal detail that makes every evening swim feel singular. A palapa bar, pizza oven, fire bowls, outdoor kitchen, and multiple alfresco dining and lounge areas create a complete outdoor environment. Every bedroom captures ocean views.
