Elements Villa is a brand new, luxurious Villa perched on a hilltop, offering amazing, panoramic views of the sea, White mountains, Souda Bay and the surrounding area. Designed to put you in touch with water, air, earth and fire, this Crete vacation rental is a beautifully modern twist on the traditional stone estate. It’s also designed to offer spaces for time together and private moments, making it perfect for groups of extended family or a party of your closest friends of all ages.

All four elements are covered by the expansive outdoor living areas, which feature an infinity pool, al-fresco dining for sixteen, a barbecue and panoramic views of Souda Bay and the surrounding hills. In the evenings, watch a favorite show on the satellite TV or share photos of your trip via Wi-Fi.

Villa Elements pairs glass walls with stone for interiors with the coziness of a traditional home and the incredible views of a contemporary one. There are two open-concept living and dining areas, both with fireplaces to make them extra-inviting, as well as two fully equipped kitchens with breakfast bars.

This luxury property has five bedrooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, and one bedroom with two twin beds and a shared bathroom. For larger parties or those wanting more flexible accommodations, there’s a spare room with a king bed and shared hall bathroom, and a living area that can be transformed into a bedroom with a double sofa bed and en-suite bathroom.

The villa’s location just outside Chania puts you within a short drive of Loutraki Beach, where you can join families and honeymooners alike on the sand, and Marathi Beach, whose calm waters are lined by lively cafés. For shopping and dining, it’s an easy trip into the towns of Sternes and Marathi, and for a day trip or a night out, the city of Chania has plenty to discover.

The Villa covers 540 m2, divided in three levels, offering privacy, independence and comfort to all guests. Elements Villa can accommodate 16 guests in its 8 bedrooms.
