Emerald Pavilion is a premier beachfront estate set upon the exclusive Emerald Point Peninsula in Leeward, Turks and Caicos.
The sleek, 4,200 square-foot beachfront pavilion includes shaded lounge areas, an outdoor bathroom, a Coastal Source sound system, a sunken fire pit with seating for 20, a jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, and a heated, 1,600 square-foot infinity-edge pool that appears to flow into the warm turquoise seawater beyond. The stunning setting includes a private dock.
The space
Panoramic views of sand and sea unfurl from the lush rooftop lounge atop this sunny palm-lined retreat. Surrounded by turquoise waters and powdery white sand, this 2-storey mansion incorporates beach-inspired elements with a modern atmosphere. Natural light spills into every room, illuminating reclaimed teak floors, natural wood accents, and funky, modern décor. A butler and concierge service free up time to hop on the bikes and meander up the coastline in search of a favourite local beach bar.
On the back terrace, a table for 12 lets your crew dine alfresco straight off the barbecue. (Perfect for your complimentary chef to whip up some local cuisine.) Work up a sweat in the gym before taking a refreshing cool down in the aquamarine-hued infinity pool. The media room is a comfy spot to recharge with a favourite flick before heading out to the sunken fire pit—perhaps with a Spanish coffee in hand. Afterwards, fall asleep to the peaceful sound of gentle waves rolling onto the shore beyond.
Drive less than 10-minutes to get to restaurants & shops, Grace Bay Beach, and Blue Haven Marina. For the past 20 years I have worked in the hospitality industry most recently owing my own company specializing in the rental of luxury staffed beachfront villas in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands.
