The space
Watch the sunset over the Caribbean at this colonial villa on the waterfront of Dunmore Town, in Harbour Island. Outlined in lush greenery, your dinner parties and backyard barbecues will enjoy complete privacy, as well as spectacular ocean views. Sip a tropical cocktail in the shade while the kids play on the private dock’s water trampoline. Then, hop in a golf cart and explore nearby beaches.
Enter through the private gates and follow a tree-lined driveway leading up to this traditional Bahamian home on the ocean’s edge. Wrap-around balconies, white-washed interiors, and four-post beds await in this stately, colonial environment. Inside, coffered-ceilings sit atop hardwood floors and designer furnishings. Playful floral prints add a splash of exciting color to the soothing atmosphere, reminding guests of the natural hues outside. Pick a sunny spot to work on your tan by the pool. When you need to cool off, jump off the end of the private dock and enjoy the cool waters of the Caribbean. If you’re in the to mood explore, the villa comes with 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks.
Famous for its colorful sand, Pink Sands Beach is the perfect place to start your morning with a yoga session, swim, or a stroll. After, stop in for breakfast at a cafe on Princess Street. While you’re there, check out local works of art at the Princess Street Gallery. Later, check out the dance clubs in Harbour Town. There are lots of exciting spots on Dunmore and Bay Street.
