Voici l historique de la propriété: Dans le bourg de Sommant, non loin de l'église et des châteaux de Vareille et de Vallogne, la demeure bourgeoise appelée localement St Innocent ou château de St Innocent, fut construite en 1789 par Pierre Mathieu Quarré, sieur de Charnay, lieutenant au régiment d'Aquitaine.

The ground floor consists of a well equiped kitchen and living space with entrance to your own private garden area. The bedroom and en-suite is on the upper level. Enjoy the sunset with a view over the local pond which can also be used for fishing (Permit included).
