We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. Built in 2018, the house is of high standard. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms, all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside, there is a large terrace with lots of living space, different seating groups, jacuzzi and fireplaces, and nice views!

Mini-house in quiet area close to "everything"; city center, shop, forest, beaches and activities (swimming pool, stadium, tennis, frisbee golf, volleyball, mini golf). Half hour drive from Kristiansand. Free parking outside. Pergola and patio. 1 room with kitchenette (hot plate/oven, kettle, Moccamaster, toaster, fridge) and two beds. Possibility of mattress on floor. Bed linen and towels available. Separate bathroom with a shower. WiFi and TV w/Chromecast + Apple TV (Netflix, Viaplay, Disney+, Max)

Get away from it all and stay under the stars. A unique small one-bedroom cabin with room for 3 people. Simple kitchen with all the equipment to be able to cook food. Chef top connected to gas. Access to water in water cans. The outdoor space is approximately 15 meters from the cabin. You just have to use wood during your stay. Tenants will get directions to the cabin. It is a 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the cottage.

Enjoy one or more accommodations in this new apartment. Large living room and kitchen overlooking the bay and fjord. Good size nicely tiled bathroom. All on one level. Large windows that provide a lot of light just meters from the sea. Peaceful and close to nature. Towels and bedding clothes included. Only 6 km from Sørlandsbadet. Possibility of renting a boat.
