The air-conditioned apartment consists of two connected bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, and 1 bathroom with shower. A flat-screen TV and a Nintendo Wii are featured. Hiking and cycling are possible within the area, and the apartment offers a private beach area. Towels (NOK 50/pers) and bed linens (NOK 50/pers) are available to rent.

With mattresses on the floor of the loft, there is room for 10 people in total in the bullpen. New and safe boat, Øien 620F can be rented for 800kr a day.
