Private Cozy Third Floor Space

This was formerly a servant's quarters in a large colonial home on the third floor and accessed by a private stairway that leads from the first floor to the third floor. The living room and bedroom are both large with original wood floors and are appointed with a comfortable couch, chairs, full-sized bed, books, wall decorations, a big flat screen TV, private bathroom with tub and shower with all newer fixtures and there is also a small refrigerator and micro-wave. It is a totally private space.

As a tight knit neighborhood, we will be alerted if house rules are not obeyed . We love treating guests with special touches upon request. 11 Fuller Terrace is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The completely remodeled apartment is the 2nd and 3rd floor of a two family home. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, living/dining area, study/work nook and sun room. The private driveway can accommodate two cars. There is additional parking at the bottom of the street. Please see house rules/booking settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.

Marblehead Tiny House

This new 360 square foot tiny house sleeps four comfortably. A mile from old town, down town, and just steps from Salem Harbor for breathtaking sunsets. The house is located in private, wooded back yard of our home. Kitchen is outfitted with small refrigerator, instant pot, air fryer, hot plate with pots and pans, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle, as well as glasses, plates, flatware, etc for eating in. Kitchen table and chairs comfortably seats four.

Parties are not allowed. Absolutely no smoking inside. Tampering with or disabling smoke or CO detectors is a safety violation and will result in a $1,000 fee. One car parked at the house. There is an Airbnb apartment located downstairs. Backyard is shared among the guests - please be considerate.
