Great neighborhood, plenty of restaurants, walking distance to everything needed. Walked to Fenway for the Red Sox game. The apartment was nice and clean, easy to get in. Instructions were clear and concise. The rooftop is an added bonus!! Would stay again if I go to Boston.

Took the whole family here for a winter weekend to celebrate my wife's 65th birthday. The waterfront views were great. The 2 floors allowed us to separate our 1 year old grand daughter from the rest of us (so we could sleep all night!). It was clean, easily large enough for 6 1/2 of us. Only 5-10 min from downtown Newburyport with all its shops and restaurants. Nice kitchen, place was spotless. Frankie stopped by for a few minutes to make sure we were settled in. Took one walk on the beach (it was 20F with wind!). This would be outstanding in better weather. Walked to the "whale skeleton", a wood sculpture that looks like a whale at a distance. We would gladly come again! Thanks for sharing it with us.

Great place. Very convenient to BU and the Green Line. The place was fully stocked with everything you might need. Clean and comfortable.

A beautiful home with everything you need. We lucked in with some beautiful weather and Andrea was quick to organize the outdoor furniture for us.

Cute, comfy and convenient 3rd floor walk-up. Plus a nice little outdoors space/deck. I was happy with the condo. I rarely had to use my car for the 2 weeks I stayed there.

Wonderful stay! Shirley was a responsive and kind host and we enjoyed staying here for three nights over the Boston Marathon weekend. Squeaky floors may make it tough to make a midnight trip to the kitchen or bathroom unnoticed, but everything else was perfect. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

Mary was very flexible with me booking a last minute stay which I really appreciated! The condo was easy to find and get into and was super clean. I also appreciated that she allowed me to bring my cats. The condo had everything I needed and was very cozy.

The condo was the perfect size for 3 of us in separate rooms and two bathrooms. Condo was very clean, simple with comfortable space and we had everything we needed for the stay. Finding the place in the dark was a little tricky as the numbers are faded but overall 5 stars and I would book again if in the area and listing is available.

We stayed at Marian & Avanish's place for a spring trip in Boston and it was a wonderful experience! We were 4 people and the unit felt incredibly spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were sparkling clean, well-stocked and made you feel right at home! We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to future guests!

The home was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable. We appreciated being able to stream our favorite shows on the TV and the Keurig in the kitchen.

Was an amazing Place to stay. The area was outstanding with lots to do and very easy access to the train to get to and from downtown and other areas of the city. Will definitely stay here again! The parking spot was a huge plus!!

We stayed just 2 nights and appreciated a lot the quiet location, comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms. The parking space and self check in were very convenient! It is located on the 2nd floor with rather steep stairs, perfect for fit persons travelling light. We recommend !!

Great little spot! Small apartment and bathroom but was perfect for me! Very safe and walkable neighborhood. I walked to Broadway (4ish blocks away) a few times where several bars and shops were. I had pizza and baked ziti from the Alfredo’s across the street - happy with both! It’s next to a main road but it made getting an uber very easy and it was not too loud. I would stay here again for sure!!

Lovely area, deer walk up to the property. Super clean, such comfortable lodging. Easy to enter, no lugging furniture up steps (sometimes makes a big difference), just unload and roll inside. All the amenities you’ll need for a perfect stay. Great restaurants very close. Would highly recommend!

My family and I had a lovely stay at Jessica's beautiful place! It was so nice and cozy, and the fishpond/fountain out back is so peaceful and relaxing. Jessica was a wonderful host. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would love to visit again!

I’ve had the pleasure of staying here twice, and I can confidently say it’s the best place you can stay in Boston. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and peaceful, and everything about the hosts is truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

Michael place was very fit for purpose for us as we were visiting family in Boston and it was close to their address. The apartment is situated in a family friendly environment with good on&off street parking. It was close by to a few convenience stores if necessary and also a few mins drive to a sports bar to catch the game. The communication from Michael was second to none. Almost replying immediately after pressing send. We enjoyed our time here and if in town again we will be sure to visit.

We loved staying at Sandy’s. It was in a quiet neighborhood that was very walkable to stores, restaurants and coffee shops-I recommend + Cafe for delicious coffee, pastries and breakfast sandwiches. Sandy provided any and all amenities including eggs, English muffins, butter, and half-and-half. Hoping this place is available the next time we’re in the area.
