Excellent for bird watchers, the Valley is also home to a large variety of Butterfly species including one of the UK’s rarest butterflies, the High Brown Fritillary.

The property has its own direct access to the Lynway which is part of the Two Moors Way and is a lovely footpath to Lynton ,only a ten minute walk away. Parsonage Farm Cottage is completely separate from the main house, with its own garden, incredible views and peace and quiet, with Oare Water running along the bottom of the property. Just a short drive to the lovely villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, & Porlock.

Located centrally in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the old village district of Lynton, The Hayloft is a cosy but deceptively large one-bedroom property with separate lounge, dining area and kitchen. With features including a log burner, wood panelling and open living, you're assured a comfortable and relaxing stay surrounded by English country cottage charm. The cottage has WiFi and dogs are welcome. Logs are not supplied but can be obtained locally.

Ocean View

Ocean view boasts one of the best views on the North Devon coast and is the perfect base from which to explore Exmoor. Offering great views but also tv and fast WiFi for those days/nights inside. Parking is available for multiple cars in the gated yard, and the covered parking area has an allocated space. Lockable storage for bikes, surfboards etc. is available. The adjacent properties can be let together to accommodate larger groups.
