With proximity to Lake Vänern, there is the opportunity to enjoy the surroundings with the whole family in this cottage with associated guest house for a total of 8 people! Bike path connects this idyll with nice beaches just 5 minutes away, bikes are of course available to borrow for the whole family! Sjötorp/Göta Kanal can be reached by bike in just over 20 minutes (car 8 minutes). Skara Sommarland, Tiveden National Park, golf course, etc. are located in the nearby area! The cottage is also a perfect stop on Highway 26, on the way to the Swedish mountains!

Peaceful and relaxing accommodation with 150 meters to the beach with the possibility of swimming and fishing. There are scenic hiking trails and playgrounds. A walk across the bridge leads to a nice restaurant with great variety and a 24/7 store with supplies. The guest house has a private patio with dining area, 5-6 beds, TV with Chromecast and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open from May until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

Cabin on a farm near Göta Kanal

Cottage next to our farmhouse on the farm with cowshed around the corner for rent. 600 meters from Göta Canal and Hajstorp locks. You will live in an old grain warehouse that has just been converted into a comfortable small accommodation for four people. One more person can fit if two people share a 120 cm bed or if you make the sofa bed. Horses and cows are nearby, so there are also flies. Sometimes you can hear tractors and there is a smell of manure during spring and autumn farming 😃.

The cottage is 4 km outside Sjötorp and 10 km outside Lyrestad. There is a possibility to get there by bicycle. Göta Canal runs through both communities where there are also cafés, grocery stores, restaurants, swimming areas and museums In the pictures, you can also see the nice Sjötorp, which is 10 minutes away by bike. A perfect cabin for hunters, outdoor enthusiasts or for those who are on the road. There are also bicycles for rent.
