Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

We love to welcome you in our cozy detached studio in the east of Utrecht. The quiet neighborhood is just 12 min by bike to the historical citycentre (free bikes available). Your private "front house" has its own entrance and all conveniences. So you will have all privacy but if you need any help, we would love to help you out (we live nextdoor). Ps the new super (pricewinning Bruno bed) sofa bed has arrived and is installed!

Enjoy a cozy living room on the ground floor that adjoins a cozy kitchen. Time to relax and unwind? On the first floor, you will find two cozy double rooms, a single room, and a bathroom with shower and second toilet. In the attic, 3 single beds.
