Op wat kletsende meeuwen na is de ligging van het woning rustig. Appartement ligt minder dan 10 min loopafstand van metrostation 'Hoek van Holland Haven' en de 'Stena Line' boot naar Engeland. Vanuit 'Hoek van Holland Haven' kunt U de metro pakken naar het strand (1 halte, 2 min). Het strand is vanaf het appartement circa 2,5 km.

The apartment is fully furnished. We provide towels, shampoo, soap. There is a smart tv, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a washingmachine. Coffee are tea is available. Free parking. There is a small patio to sit and enjoy the sun. Distance to centre of Rotterdam by car or public transport: 15 minutes.

Het centraal station is op vijf minuten loopafstand, winkels en heerlijke restaurants zijn op een steenworp afstand. De zolderverdieping is compleet en smaakvol luxueus ingericht, een keuken, douche, toilet. Het pittoreske grachtenpand heeft geen lift, helaas niet rolstoel toegankelijk.
