The large terrace is a focal point, the perfect place to enjoy meals with your own mountain panorama. The private garden will be a favourite spot, a space to play in the sun or snow.

Our small village of Haute Savoie has all the necessary amenities and shops (very good butcher and very good baker). We live 20 minutes from Geneva, an international city, 35 minutes from small ski resorts, 50 minutes from beautiful resorts such as La Clusaz or Avoriaz, one hour from Mont Blanc (visit and outing possible during the day), 50 minutes from Evian, its thermal baths and its Casino, Annecy, Switzerland and its beautiful landscapes right next door. Even a weekend is worth it!

Character apartment in a unique setting. It is located in a quiet area on the first floor of a luxury villa. Independent entrance. It offers a unique view of the forest and the swimming pool/corridor (heated from mid-May to mid-September) of 15 x 3.5 meters. It is located about 10 minutes by car from the first beach of Lake Geneva, 15 km from Geneva and 30 minutes from the medieval city of Yvoire and 45 minutes from Evian. It can comfortably accommodate a couple with 1 or 2 children.

Lake Geneva, its charming villages are 20 minutes by car and the first ski slopes 30 minutes. Beautiful walks in the countryside from the house.

Two-room apartment in a private home, completely renovated in 2024, with a private entrance, kitchen, and bathroom. A garage for bicycles and/or motorcycles. The apartment is located in Machilly, in the centre of the village. The train station is 200 m away and serves Geneva, Annecy, Thonon-les-Bains, etc. For the more athletic, you can travel by bike, whether to reach Lake Geneva or the neighbouring towns. Close to the Swiss border between mountain and lake

The apartment has just been renovated and refurbished, it consists of a bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 (bedding changed in 2025) a bathroom with bathtub, a living room/kitchen with views of nature and the lake. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. Basic products are available so you don't have to run to the store or clutter your suitcases. You have the option to park at the house upon your arrival and park 1 min walk away

Guest house near Geneva and Lake Geneva

Charming guesthouse with a beautiful view on Lake Geneva, 20 minutes from the village of Yvoire, Geneva and 30 minutes from the first ski resorts. Nestled in the back of a cul-de-sac, in a residential and rural area, it enjoys a very quiet environment. Located in Loisin, France, a car is essential to come to the accommodation, and shine in the region. NB: No TV, heating limited to 21°C, not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
