The cabin has a beautiful southwest exposure, and from its large terrace you can enjoy spectacular views of Monviso and the surrounding mountains. In the winter months, if you wish, you will be enveloped by the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace.

The cottage is almost 900 m above sea level, 3 km from the village of Frassino, 1.5 hours drive from Turin. Immersed in the green tranquility of chestnut forests, it is the ideal base camp for mountain sports enthusiasts, lovers of small typical villages and gourmets of local specialties!

Located in the pristine Maira Valley, we find "Simulenta", an entire apartment that was recently renovated. The apartment is located on the first floor with a separate entrance via an external staircase. The accommodation consists of a living area: an equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. The double bedroom is also equipped with an armchair bed and the bathroom has a shower cubicle. Surrounded by tranquility, it is ideal for getting away from the chaotic city routine.

It has been prepared with care and passion: everything you will find is handcrafted by me, a retired carpenter. The location is excellent for exploring the Cuneo valleys and is just a few minutes from Cuneo and the nearby towns.
