“Doggie’s Day Out - We had been to Jai’s place with our pet dog and stayed for two nights. Jai was an awesome host staying in touch with us right after the booking till we drove back. The place is located in between a small garden with the most exotic plants and trees. Jai is a great cook and pampers us like family. He also arranged an excellent local driver for our sightseeing. Our dog also has a great time in his property. We hope to be back soon.”
The Guest house is well suitable for Small family who require homely environment and equipped all needs at home. Facility is located in well residential area with independent house and well connected to respective areas of the city.
“We were a group of 3 ladies with 2 kids. Felt at home and very safe. Place was easy to locate and absolutely immaculate. It was worth every penny. If this place had to be rated on "Value for money", would rate it more than 5 star. This was my first booking on airbnb. Host was extremely helpful and guided me through the booking process.”
Located in a very calm and tranquil part of Mysore with easy connectivity to all the tourist destinations in Mysore. This property offers the top floor of the house with 2 bedrooms a living area and a private roof top bonsai garden with a sit out.
“The place looks exactly as described. A floral mansion. The place is filled with different varieties of plants and vegetables. I stayed there during Dec 2019 with my family: wife, mother-in-law and children (ages 11y and 4y). The place felt like being at home. Coming to the location, its a little outskirts of Mysore. There aren’t any major shops or things-to-do by walk nearby. For food, either you should look at ordering via Uber Eats or similar. There’s a road-side Fast Food at the end of the road near the school that serves idly, dosa or vada in the morning. Not for the hygiene buffs though. If you cross the road across the school, then you will come across 1 veg restaurant as well as 2 small bakeries (Cream bun was great). No other supermarkets are available. If you have your own or rented car, there’s plenty of space to park on the street. The rooms were well maintained. Basically you stay in the upper floor of the house and Abraham’s family stays downstairs . Access to the upper floor is inside the house through the living room of the lower floor. There were 1 living room with TV and Treadmill Bicycle. There’s also kitchen utensils and a electric stove in the Living room that you can use. Basic amenities such as towels, bedsheets and toiletries have been provided. There are 2 bedrooms, both well-maintained and a common toilet. Abraham’s mother takes care of the place. She’s a down-to-earth and kind person. She served us with morning coffee and evening tea during our stay. She also shared home-made snacks with us (Kerala Banana chips). You feel a warmth when you interact with her. Throughout the stay, Abraham was connecting with me to see if i needed anything during the stay. As some of the other reviews pointed out, water pressure in the shower and wifi strength is something that can be looked at. The place is quite near to the railway tracks. So you will hear few trains whizzing past (2-3 trains at night and early morning). My youngest got startled with the sound at early morning as the trains that pass usually sound a loud horn. There was a loud commotion next door on the day i stayed and i later found out that it was from the Labour Union office (Vikrant Tyres) that was right next to the property. I would think this may be a one-off incident. In evenings you will hear kids playing on the street in front of the house. So, for those seeking absolute quiet, all these may not suit. Most of us won’t bother these. Overall, it was a great stay. Really felt being at home. Peters are a great hosts. I’ll stay again if I return to Mysuru. Thumbs up to the place!”
