Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Mae Rim District

We had a wonderful stay for 3 weeks! Astra is great building - and the hosts made it even better. The apartment was a great size for two of us, the location is great, and the view of the mountain in the morning was lovely. We had a few issues while we were there, and the hosts were so quick to respond and got everything fixed right away. Overall, we had a great stay!

Our stay exceeded all expectations! The accommodation was very comfortable and had excellent amenities. It was conveniently located close to the city center, and we could easily reach it by Tuk Tuk or Grab for a very low cost. The host was incredibly responsive and quick to reply to any questions we had. Highly recommend!"

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

During our trip, we stayed one night to have a little comfort and a chance to swim. That was great! Very nice pool, small gym that does the job. The accommodation is very well equipped.

It's an accommodation I'd like to come again. I had a good stay at Nimman for a week.

It was an excellent choice! I cancelled and booked a place on the outskirts and it was great. The kids loved the pool the most, and the adults loved the cleanliness of the house. It was not a hotel, there was no reception, but it was not an issue. There were plenty of towels, and it was comfortable to have kitchen utensils and laundry facilities like at home. I also communicated with the host without any inconvenience. It was nice to have a Big C Mart and a night market nearby. If I come back to Chiang Mai next time, I would like to stay here again without trying a new place.

We had an excellent stay! The place was beautiful and comfortable. There were many restaurants and stores around the area within walking distance. Our hosts were responsive and even dropped off some Thai snacks! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Chiang Mai.

We loved our stay at Knot’s place in Chiang Mai. The location was perfection. Lots of restaurants in walking distance, a seven-11 around the corner, near wats and central to other things and right beside the Sunday walking street. Even with its proximity to many highlights, it was located in a quiet alley. The apartment was clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Air conditioning worked great. One thing that was especially noteworthy was how responsive and helpful Knot was. He was incredibly responsive before and throughout our stay. He helped us store our bags when we arrived early and the check in process was easy and clear. When my son got sick, he offered to help connect us to medical support which, while not needed, was so reassuring. It was great to have a personal connection when abroad. Highly recommend this stay when visiting Chiang Mai.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! It was super clean and cozy, we really felt like at Home. The neighborhood is great, lots of paths to walk, especially around the Lake. The house has everything you need and even more. Nan is very friendly and nice person, I enjoyed meeting her! She is the best host I ever met on Airbnb! I recommend this place to everyone!

The apartment had everything we could possibly need and was perfectly sized for a small family. Great location very close to the restaurants of Nimman without being in the middle of all of it. Host was responsive, friendly and flexible. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

Pla’s place is amazing it has everything u need, the gym is well equipped and the pool is clean, Pla is an amazing host, very responsive and she was very helpful all the time, had a great time there and definitely will come back there next time 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 100/10

A lovely apartment located in a great area of Chang Mai that is close enough to the centre so that you are able to experience all that the area has to offer, but is still quiet so that you can have a peaceful time when back at the apartment. Plenty of facilities in the block, gym and pool, as well as just being a short walk from one the best night market's in Chang Mai, as well as plenty of amenities.

This was a very nice accommodation, walkable with a tour place in the first floor. (Ask for Pat at the tour guide place he was amazing) very nice cafe in the lobby and a nail salon. The house itself was very cute. One thing I will mention is the bathroom had a mildew smell with some areas that definitely could be scrubbed to reduce the mildew smell. But other than that the space was amazing, ac , soft bed , cute kitchen , nice balcony. She also provided a guide book with a bunch of recommendations and taxi help if needed. I would definitely recommend this place as Natasa was an amazing host. I will definitely be back should I go back to chiang mai. It truly was a home away from home💜💜💜

beautiful condo near the night bazaar.

My wife and I had a wonderful 100 night stay. Location is great, dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Two grocery stores within walking distance. Natasa is a super host. She is always quick to respond to questions or requests. She helped us line up cars and drivers when we needed them. She's always around and responsive.

We had a great experience overall. The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures, but with a mirrored effect. The living room and kitchen seemed a bit smaller in person compared to the photos, but the bedroom was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable – we slept very well. The bedroom was soundproofed, which was a nice touch, but during the day, there was some noise from the road in the living room. It wasn't a huge issue, though. We made good use of the gym, and it was a great bonus that there was a washing machine in the apartment, allowing us to do laundry after workouts. The pool looked a bit old and was located in the shade between buildings, so we didn't use it. On the third floor, there’s a water refill station, and besides the gym and pool, there’s also a library. One downside was the unpleasant smell from the drainage in the bathroom, which was a bit bothersome. Overall, everything was fine, and we would def come back.
