This is a fully-equipped mini-apartment. There is a kitchen/living-room area and a small balcony. The bedroom is spacious with en-suite bathroom, new double bed, large wardrobe, and sofa. transport to Venice and the Mestre train station is very close. My prices are based on persons per night because I hate to penalize single travellers so please book for the right number of people. We have self check-in but if you prefer to mee a person to show your document you have to pay an extra service.

Moderno appartamento di 50 metri quadrati, dotato di ogni comfort per un soggiorno ideale. Potrete parcheggiare la vostra auto in un posto riservato o eventualmente nel garage privato coperto e raggiungere facilmente Venezia in 20 minuti con un bus, con fermata a soli 50 metri dall'appartamento e con corse ogni 10 minuti. A pochi passi dall'appartamento troverete tutto ciò di cui potreste aver bisogno: un supermercato, una pasticceria, una pizzeria, una farmacia e una biglietteria per i bus.

Posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare Venezia. In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). Ingresso indipendente, pano terra. Con piccolo giardino. Zona giorno, camera, bagno. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino del quale abbiamo eliminato ogni cigolio e un divano, più un lettino di 130 cm su richiesta. Parliamo inglese e portoghese.

The apartment has its own unique style, colorful and cozy, like Venice itself :-). The place is ideal for a couple or two friends. It can also fit for a family with a child. If you come alone, ask for a special price! It is located in the most beautiful area of Venice - Mestre, Carpenedo. It takes 26 minutes by a direct tram to get to the downtown Venice from here. There is a typical Venetian mask of the sun embracing the moon in the bedroom, that´s why we called the place Sun&Moon. :)
