VILLA L'INCANTO is located in the Tuscan hills just 3 km from the highway exit, surrounded by greenery. In a short time you can reach destinations such as the Tuscan cities of art: Pisa (90 km), Lucca (85 km), Florence (150 km) or visit the beautiful Ligurian coast with fantastic beaches and points of interest: LERICI, PORTOVENERE, CINQUE TERRE and VERSILIA famous for shopping and its nightlife. The house is equipped with a beautiful relaxation area with swimming pool and waterfall and a spacious garden.

The house dates back to 1871 and is made of stone and has very thick internal walls that allow it to always stay cool throughout the summer. The kitchen opens directly onto the external courtyard, where we have a large table with a masonry barbecue nearby. The garden is located at the front of the house, and there is also a gazebo with sofas. The swimming pool is fenced and is for the exclusive use of guests of the house. The house is adjacent to a small yellow house that I own but do not live in.

A spacious 3-double bedroom apartment in a quiet leafy avenue, 5 minutes walk to Bardi town centre with its shops and amenities. The apartment offers a large fully-fitted kitchen with a breakfast table and its own balcony. The large living room offers a seating area and a dining area. There are three double bedrooms one of which has its own balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding scenery. There is a large family bathroom and a separate WC and laundry room. Free on-street parking.

The house has been renovated with the most modern systems and is equipped with solar panels, thermal insulation, and new windows. It is also equipped with a charging station for electric cars. The house is cozy and combines elements of modernity while maintaining its authenticity and simplicity.

In an oasis of peace and quiet, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent out a small rustic mountain cottage that is part of the ancient fiefdom of Belforte Castle (in Borgo Val di Taro). It has been completely renovated while preserving its rustic character. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro Valley to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by woods of chestnut trees and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Strawland, the little house

Welcome to Pagliarilandia, the small holiday home surrounded by nature. Located in Val Vona at an altitude of 1000 meters, in San Pietro (Pajare), which is part of the municipality of Borgo Val di Taro, in the province of Parma, in the Emilia-Romagna region. Val Vona is typical for its unspoiled nature, full of natural beauty: Lake Good with its typical flora, beech clearings, centuries-old chestnut trees, excavated ruffles, kernels, and junipers.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
