Studio apartment in the basement of our home. It has its own driveway and entrance. The studio apartment locks from the outside and locks from the rest of our basement. It is about 800 sq. ft. Our house is conveniently located to Hickory (10 miles) Morganton (10 miles) Lenoir (15 miles) Table Rock/Lake James (20 miles) Blue Ridge Parkway( 35 miles) Boone (50 miles) Charlotte (50 miles). We also have a 70 acre cattle and sheep farm that you are free to explore. Very quiet and private.

This comfy, cute, and stylish family home is located near Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, NC. Under a 10 minute drive to quaint downtown Hickory with plenty of shopping and historical districts nearby.
