This independent studio is part of our main residence, and we are delighted to make it available to you. Guests can enjoy the quiet of the studio's private terrace, pool, and barbecue. The accommodation is 2 kilometers from the city center of Mont de Marsan and 5 minutes from the main roads for your excursions (Beach 1 hour 10 minutes/Spain 1 hour 30 minutes). Our mill along the water

Our old water mill has been rehabilitated into a dwelling house. With its independent entrance, its large windows have a breathtaking view of a green setting that will delight you! It is composed of 2 pretty bedrooms, a bathroom, 1 living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher etc. You can enjoy the beautiful covered terrace and in the summer you can swim in the river!
