Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

It was beautiful decorated, spacious, quiet, and welcoming. Communication was excellent. Well worth the fee and we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Peer is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative! He was super flexible with our late arrival (traveling with two babies), provided all the necessary information about the house, and was always happy to help with any request, like an extra heater. He also gave us great recommendations for local places to visit and eat. Peer’s house is even bigger than it looks in the photos! The living room is huge, the garden must be amazing in the summertime, and the surrounding views are absolutely breathtaking. This was my first holiday in the German Alps, but as a complete package—host, house, location, and atmosphere—I don’t think we could have found anything better! The village has plenty of great spots to try local cuisine and family-friendly attractions. If you love walking, there are beautiful trails right on your doorstep, and within a 30-minute drive, you can discover some truly stunning places and scenic routes. Would we recommend it? 200% yes!

Wow, what a great place to stay. We spent our wedding vacation with Christina and couldn't have imagined a nicer place to stay. The view of the mountains, the idyllic property and especially the house with its own sauna. Just a dream. And with Christina herself, we had a really friendly and positive contact throughout. We had a wonderful Christmas time in Scheffau and spent our 2024 celebration in this fantastic, idyllic cottage. Bernhard and his family were very friendly and even set up a lovingly decorated Christmas tree for us! On New Year's Eve, they provided us with a fire pit. The house was clean and well maintained, with authentic décor and stunning mountain views. The small stream next door provided a relaxing atmosphere. The ski and toboggan areas are just a stone's throw away, which our children enjoyed immensely! A highlight was the swimming pool with sauna area, only 15 minutes away, ideal for relaxing after a day in the snow. Bernhard also gave us many tips for excursions that enriched our stay. Overall it was a perfect family vacation and we highly recommend this vacation home! We look forward to our next visit!

We 2024/2025 between the years for a week with two families (4 adults 5 children) in the chalet in Annaberg. The chalet is in a great location, right on the ski slope and also easily accessible. The kitchen was really fully equipped. We didn't miss anything. The chalet itself is beautifully built, well equipped and offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. We felt very comfortable there. Unfortunately, someone had probably smoked in the chalet before (it's actually not allowed), which is why it smelled of cold smoke in the basement. The landlord quickly tried to help with a room fragrance, but unfortunately this only reduced the symptom. But as a landlord you don't get into that and we were grateful for the help offered.

The house is very homely and comfortable. the views was also amazing.

Delightful accommodation that exceeded our expectations, Vanessa was very accommodating and always helped with everything right away. Perfect mountain views, all perfectly prepared. The house was very cold at first, but after contacting the host, who responded immediately and adjusted the temperature was perfect. Thank you. ❤️

We had a great stay in one of the great apartments of the "Alte Bildhauerei." We found everything as described/pictured: modern, clean, just wonderful! The place is the perfect starting point for a variety of activities. Check-in/check-out was super easy and flexible. The sauna made the stay perfect. Great host!

Beautiful place within walking distance to the ski area. The apartment is actually bigger and nicer than the pictures show, great house!

The apartment was just great 😀 from here you can do many hikes. Everything was super quiet and clean. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the great balcony due to the weather conditions, but in summer I imagine it to be very pleasant 😉 Thank you very much for the great stay

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, you feel very comfortable from the beginning, especially due to the high ceilings and the brightness due to the window front. The handover by the housekeeper on site was very friendly and accommodating, as was the communication with Vince. Everything is very tastefully decorated and really sparkling clean. The elevator is easily 5 minutes walking distance. Opposite the apartment is a small cozy cabin, on/in front of which après ski takes place until about 10/23 pm. That doesn't bother as long as the windows are closed. Very clear, highly recommended! We'll be back for sure. Thank you, Vince!

Easy to find the house and easy to park our car right outside the door. Great with lockbox and code and good with two keys when we, like us, were several. We lacked nothing. Nice space for all of us and the kitchen had everything we needed. Clean and tidy everywhere. It means a lot to us, so we immediately felt at home and comfortable. Lovely with a quick, friendly and welcoming response when we approached the landlord with different questions. Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back. With gratitude, The Vestergaard family

We had a very nice and pleasant stay at the property. The place was nicely equipped and had a lovely location with garden. The ski slopes of Flachau can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Since we came with two cars, we also had two front door keys + garage keys available. We will be happy to come back!

Great place to stay with perfect proximity to the ski lift. The place is great for family holidays with beginners, but also offers advanced plenty of variety. The apartment left nothing to be desired. The landlord was very helpful and also asked unobtrusively in between if everything was ok. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful, very old farmhouse located at the end of the place yet central. Shopping, hiking and ski resort are within easy reach. The place was equipped with far more than stated in the description. The host family was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. There were nine of us in the house and there would have been more space. Due to the two bathrooms, the stay also works very well with a larger group. Towels, sheets and basic amenities in the kitchen as well as firewood for the fireplace - everything was provided.

Great location, the underfloor heating in the bathrooms is nice after a day skying, the rooms are nice size. The internet however is almost never working and there is no tv in the living room. The beds all have tv. No washing machine and no launderette nearby, however, the host offered us the possibility to use her personal one. There is a ski boot drier which is a nice touch, bbq and a lovely table outside

We had a very pleasant stay: perfect weather, great skiing and last but not least a very nice and comforatable accomodation.

Fabulous and comfortable villa equipped with everything you need, except for the washing machine. Gentle and helpful hosts for any request and home that matches, or exceeds expectations, a beautiful stay with huge windows and gigantic bathrooms! I recommend this place and hope to be back next year!

We had a really nice weekend at Adventure Bavaria's Burg Villa! Everything was very well communicated and easy to find, self check-in straightforward. The house is spacious, very cozy and perfectly equipped (with top coffee machine) - especially the terrace with mountain views is a dream. We are completely satisfied and would come back anytime.
