A real gem! In the house there is a small wellness oasis, in front of the door there is a beautiful hiking trail...

In wenigen Kilometern erreichst du den Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn, das Kitzsteinhorn und das Skigebiet Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See. Das Appartement befindet sich in Gehweite zum Ortskern Maishofen. Wir freuen uns darauf, euch bei uns willkommen zu heißen.

Penthouse Apartment

Maishofen is a quiet gem situated in the middle of Saalbach Hinterglemm, Saalfelden Stein an der Meer, Leogang, Zell am See, Kaprun and The Kitzsteinhorn. The area has so many attractions to offer. The Austrian mountains surrounding us make it perfect for hiking, biking, skiing or just exploring the area and relaxing by the lake. The apartment says 3 people, however, we recommend only 2 adults plus 1 child up to the age of 12.

Appartement Zell am See, 100m from the lake (beach)

Our apartment for 2-3 people overlooking the Kitzsteinhorn is located in a quiet location, 100 m from Lake Zell with private property. The apartment consists of room, hallway hallway and bathroom with bathtub. The living room is also used as a bedroom. There is a comfortable sofa with armchair and a double bed. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment also has a large balcony with a beautiful view.

Vacation home 1

The holiday apartment 1 is located in Taxenbach and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain. The 65 m² property on the first floor consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. The holiday apartment offers a shared garden where you can enjoy relaxing mornings.

The apartment is located in the city center - by foot to restaurants, bars, shops, city gondola for skiing and hiking. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of: April 2025. Quiet and centrally located, 65 m² apartment on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed for 4-5 guests, a spacious kitchen, anteroom and garden. The apartment is centrally located, you can easily reach the lake and surrounding mountains. Ski bus stop right outside of the house.

Rent our cottage in beautiful Salzburger Land. The house has about 140 m2 with large, natural (!) Garden just outside of Saalfelden in a quiet south-west hillside location. No immediate neighbors. Large, sunny terrace and covered barbecue area available. Two bathrooms. 8 kilometers to Zell am See!
