Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

Had a really nice week here, pool was cleaned daily and was big enough to swim in and enjoy, the beach nearby is beautiful and there are almost no people on it.

The villa is really beautiful with easy access to the beach. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Swimming pool is ideal for a 8 people group. The gazebo near the pool was awesome. The cook/caretaker Sanu was really awesome. He cooked as per our instructions. He was always at our service and ready to help. We really had a great time enjoying the food and his service. The only issue is the approach road for this villa is narrow and ideal for small cars. But that is something that we have to live with , if you want to enjoy at this beautiful location. Overall a great place to spend time and relaxing with a small group of family/friends.

Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

amazing stay felt like home.. the care taker Narayan is amazing and very good kind person he just treated us very kind and proivded everything wht we required on time .. he helped us with car rent and each and everything and even the cook cooked amazing food nd the place is amazing with pool and very clean flt like vintage home thank u so much for such good service... 5****👍

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

Our group recently visited goa and it was nice stay and experience with him. I recommended this villa. Rehan was helpful. Clean place, lots of space and big pool. Cook was awesome. Must book it.

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

Me and my friends had a wonderful time at this place. The caretaker attended to our needs and even though we were a large group, he helped us in any issues we had faced. All the required items like cutlery, plates, etc has been labelled and stored in an efficient manner which was very helpful for us. I would recommend this place to everyone and would love the opportunity to stay here again the next time I visit.

We had a great stay and Patricia a great host. The place is in a great location accessible to restaurants, beach and shopping. The host communicated through out our stay. Would highly recommend the place for a peaceful holiday

So firstly for anyone who's going to go to goa for the first time with your friends or family. I think this place is to be as it has all the amenities that you would have at maybe a house. The place was clean and the most important is the view that you get from the balcony. This was just a all in all a great experience

We arrived early to the location and asked for help from Indrajit. He was so generous and allowed us to checkin early. Every aspect in villa is as per description in Airbnb. We 10 members had a wondeful stay at this property . Property amenities is as mentioned in the Photos, we had nice time at swimming pool . Food is the highlight of our stay, Bhagawan is the one who loves to prepare food as per our desire & request. Room maintenenace is also very good, except the first floor last ( Big size) room Airconditioning . It makes noice and not able to generate the enough chillness. AC service to be done. We are sure in our next visit also we will prefer stay in this property only.

I recently stayed at Rustic Villa Dar Al Salaam and had a truly wonderful experience. The villa itself was charming, spacious, and had a beautiful design. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the essentials were provided, making our stay very comfortable. The main highlights were the hosts- Mr. Satish and Ms. Susheela, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The location was also ideal, with basic amenities like shops and restaurants just a short walk away. For the price we paid, it felt like an absolute steal, worth much more than what we were charged. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay.

Praful has been responsive since day 1. Im glad that I found a beautiful and reasonable villa for our family and had a comfortable stay with complementary breakfast. Staff was responsible and was always available. I would like to rent the stay again whenever I'm traveling to goa. Had an amazing time.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Villa Pinheiro. Ashok who is the local host was helpful and responsive. You have an on site housekeeper (well we had 2 by the end of the stay as one was leaving soon to get married) who will cook you breakfast in the mornings and even babysat one night so me and my husband could go out for a meal. The place is lovely! The pool is on the smaller side but a good size for our family to plunge in when the heat got a bit much. Absolutely nothing negative to say and would happy stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully designed house in Goa! The vibe was amazing, and the property was meticulously maintained. Very beautifull and clean villa. Had all the basic amenities for use in good condition. Had cleaning ladies cleaning the place everyday morning. Location is good and colva beach is very close to the place. Grocery store, department store and fairly good eating options available nearby. Also food delivery apps delivery available. Pool was very clean and overall vibe of the place is very inviting. Cleaning ladies and the caretaker were good behaved. Owner was resposive over chat and helped to locate nearby good restaurants, stores and vehicle renting options. It's a good gated society hence very safe to go with family and friends. Highly recommended.
