Wonderful Stay. Highly Recommended! We had a great time during our stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and quiet, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay again!

it's our second time staying here and Jaymar and team were fantastic. The flat is the perfect size for 2 and has a great location. very secure and safe. Selection of shops downstairs makes the location even better. We were bouncing around this time so didn't experience the pool as much but it's a lovely, can get a bit busy but has some quiet times as well

Fantastic place to stay, and walkable area but also located in the center to get taxis to nearby areas very quickly. Just as I expected and worked out great!

This is a well-maintained, very clean, well-equipped apartment in Makati. It was within walking distance of everywhere I needed to go. I found it quiet (didn't hear the neighbours), and the building staff were always courteous and helpful also. Greg met me on arrival. He was waiting in the lobby to greet me and introduced me to security so I got my building pass without any problem. He was very accommodating to my questions and needs throughout my month-long stay. The mall downstairs (including a large supermarket, a hardware store, restaurants and other stores) met all my day-to-day needs, very convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance for those times when I didn't want to cook for myself. The bed and other furniture were all very comfortable. I didn't use the TV or air con so I can't comment on those but they looked OK. Thank you, Greg. I would definitely stay with you again.
