Evimin, meyve ağaçları ile donatılmış bahçeye bakan açık bir oturma alanı bulunuyor. Bahçe içerisinde mangal yapabilmeniz için malzemelerin ve oturma alanının bulunduğu ortak bir mekan var. sınırsız internet ve kesintisiz sıcak su mevcut.
