Very good 1st floor apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Volos. Easy parking in the surrounding area. The property is spotless and beautifully decorated, it gives you a feeling of being hosted in a friendly house. The hostess was polite and communicative. Unique negative that there is no elevator for people with mobility needs.

I just want to give a big thankyou to Mike and Anastasia, what they have created here is beautiful. Our stay from minute one was just the most special thing, Mike greeted us with a big welcoming smile and was so helpful. Everything was spot on, Villa, pool, hot tub, surroundings were immaculate, and once we got there we felt at home straight away. We arrived there stressed and tired we left there invigorated and chilled. Try and get in the village if you can as well, it’s again something very special. We will be back 100% and I highly recommend that anyone should immerse themselves here, it’s wonderful. Thankyou so much Mike!

Had an amazing time in Portaria at Katerina and Emilios's beautiful home. They were such gracious hosts, and made us feel welcome immediately. The view from the house is breathtaking - really one-of-a-kind. The house itself is extremely charming. The rooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen had so many small touches, like walnuts/fruits/milk that made us feel welcome. An incredible place to come back to after touring the Pelion region during the days. Highly recommend!

Immaculately clean, perfect location, and the definition of luxury. The pool and hot tub are spectacular! Private parking and 5-10 minute walk to all the hot spots in Skiathos. Chris was so kind and generous to us. He really takes great care and has great pride in his place. The furniture inside and out is extremely comfortable. High ceilings, high windows, truly a must see. Perfect for our honeymoon!

Our stay at this house in Pelion was simply amazing. Nestled in a tranquil setting, surrounded by forest, the large garden with trees and a stunning sea view offered the perfect space for relaxation. The swings and sunbeds allowed us to enjoy the outdoors, and we cherished watching the meteor shower with our kids in the evenings—an unforgettable experience. So sad to be leaving Skiathos today. Katerina was so friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the apartment. Fantastic views, great location, as long as you don’t mind steep hills, which we didn’t. Katerina was there to welcome us and we were able to check in early which we really appreciated. We were left a very tasty meal from Katerina’a mother on the first night which was delicious. And also left a gift on the bed on our last night. Very kind. We would very much recommend this accommodation and will definitely stay again when we return to beautiful Skiathos.

We had a wonderful stay at the flat. All the family were very kind to us and explained all the best spots and restaurants around. We loved the easy access to the Fakrista beach. Every morning, we woke up with a stunning view of the sea and then went to the beach in 5 minutes by car for an early swim. If you’re looking for a hidden gem to stay in the Pelion Region, book this flat, and you will have a lovely time in nature.

The house has a great view and a beautiful garden! Inside it is very clean and thoughtful with simple nice decor. Two negatives I will just say: 1) the road to get to the village is not the safest to go on foot... there is no pavement and generally cars go fast.. 2) If you are tall (1.90+) or you have mobility problems you will have difficulties with the stairs and the height of the ceiling in the loft and the toilet!

A great place, warmly decorated with taste. Incredible quiet and breathtaking views. Mrs. Miss Mademoiselle greeted us warmly, offered us local welcome dishes. While polite Mrs. Korina had given us detailed arrival and tour information of the area. The highlight was the place that had billiards and Table Tennis where we spent endless hours of relaxation and fun!

We loved our stay in Skiathos. Especially the proximity to the port and the old town made it super comfortable to walk everywhere.

The floor, with a physiancée, thoughtful, classic for a Pelion house, but not heavy. Lovely fireplace to see, mansions and crafted bathroom. Very nice options in the colors of the walls and the style of the bedroom. The view to Volos is filling. Sparkling clean too. The only problem on the Internet for which the apartment is not responsible, as the data did not work well either, had a circular signal, at times. Because of this there was a problem with the gps on the way back in the evening soI suggest that no one comes back from Ano Meria, the gps is confused. It's a super easy from Iolkos. Handsome without general and Louisa helpful at both the beginning and end with the time facilitation at check out, very positive. The price is definitely the quality of the apartment in relation to the distance from Volos. It turns you on to go back for sure.

Beautiful host, beautiful house with all the amenities. The only problem was the bathroom, in the description it says 1 bathroom + 1 toilet with a shower, when in fact one is just a toilet and a second toilet with a shower. For a 6 person stay, I think 1 more shower is missing. Everything else was perfect, for every recommendation!

We had a lovely time in this beautiful place. The house was clean and comfortable, the swimming pool amazingly refreshing and the location ideal, since you can walk to the beach and various beach bars - but still very peaceful. The hosts are friendly but discreet and happy to offer info. All in all a great summer experience!

A fantastic location and an enchanting peaceful place. The pool is wonderful and from there looking at the ships and ski mathos means happiness! Ioannis is super friendly, reliable and reachable at all times!

Essential you drive to the house via Milies. The house is old style/traditional, very comfortable and well equipped with lovely views, especially from the upstairs balcony, over the sea in the distance. The pool is at the front of the house, alongside the little road, and there are neighbouring properties. This did not worry us but may not be for you if you are after more seclusion and privacy. The pool is very welcome in the heat; my husband enjoyed the challenge and exercise of clearing the leaves out of the pool with the net (there is a line of trees) whenever the wind blew. You can easily walk to the pizza restaurant at the top of the lane and an additional 20 min walk (uphill in places) takes you to six restaurants in the village. Our favourite beach was Papa Nero: car park at the end of Agios Ioannis then walk along to Papa Nero which has coarse sand and is excellent for swimming. There are several supermarkets here too. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time here.

The villa is exactly as it is on the pictures - very beautiful and also very clean. Excellent communication with the host. To come to the villa you have to drive up a very steep way, so you should not have a very small car (like we had ;-) ). The villa has 3 floors and a lot of space. It was great and I would not hesitate to book it again!
