The apartment is very well located. It is on a hill and you have a very good view of the mountains. It is a very calm corner with locals who live or vacation there. The apartment is equipped with everything. There was also a dishwasher, although it wasn't listed in the description. The key was in the key box and we could check in flexibly. The contact with the neighbor, who acts as a point of contact on site, was good. The somewhat annoying garbage sorting in Sardinia is sometimes too much. But that's everywhere on the island. There is a grocery store nearby, which can be reached in about 6 minutes on foot. There you will find everything you'll need. There are several beaches in about 4 kilometers. We found the beach in Budoni very good.

Super positive experience, accommodation equipped with all comforts, easy to find, in a context of other villas, but at the same time in a very quiet area. I recommend this house to anyone who would like to relax to enjoy the most beautiful beaches in the area, as it is in a strategic position, and at the same time enjoy the fun of San Teodoro, reachable in about 10 minutes.
