Stairs must be usable. No pets

Liv's House in Bøvær, Senja

Liv's house is situated by the end of the road - in Bøvær - close to a 750 m long beach. Here you will find "Kråkeslottet" - where conserts and exhibitions take place in the summer. Hiking routes start 750m from the house. The whole fjord is perfect for paddling and fishing. The supermarket, restaurant and local pub is 5 km away. The famous hiking route to Husfjellet - "The Queens Path" - starts from the church in Skaland. Bøvær is perfect for relaxing and exploring nature of Senja island.

Dåfjord Lodge & Ocean sauna

Beautiful and rustic house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing and watcing the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. For a fee, our guests can also book the ocean sauna hot tub facilities , with a woodfired hot-tub and sauna placed on a big outdoor deck with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. Guests can use our 12ft rowing boat and some fishing gear for free during the summerseason.

House location is next to main road E8, easy to travel to another city, easy access and a bus stop also right in front here. 😊

My place is ideal for aurora watching in the wintertime without any light pollution and the perfect place to stay during summer as it is close to all the attractions in this part of Northern Norway but still nice and quiet. The place is very well equipped , remote and private, but not isolated.

The house was finished in 2019. We have choosen exclusive materials and design furniture. You’ll see that it’s made by heart. Helga, the host, lives in the house next door, and is readily available. You can see mountains, the fjord, the Arctic cathedral, the cable car and the mountains surroundings it..The Northern lights can easily be seen from the balconies if it is out dancing for us. The apartment is within town center with its many attractions, restaurants, galleries, cafes, museums and shops. A short walk to everything.
