The possibility of parking a vehicle is included in a private car park located next to the apartment. This is an apartment equipped with the necessary basic kitchenware. The access to the apartment is free of architectural barriers (without steps) and is made directly from the street. It does not have carbon monoxide alarm as it is not necessary, as the heating and kitchen services are electric. There is the possibility of providing the apartment with a high chair or travel cot if the guest needs it, but it is essential that they notify it by Airbnb message once the reservation is made. House located on Leganitos Street between Plaza de España and Gran Vía. Unique location, very good connection, two rooms perfect for two couples or two single people. Professionalism. Good service and good communication. A crib is available for babies. Ideal house for a short stay or to spend 1 month, 3 months, 6 or even a year.
