A 40-square-metre apartment in El Cabañal on the second floor with a staircase typical of the construction of the Poblados Marítimos of Valencia, with 15 steps! The staircase provides access to two apartments, both of which are my property. My daughter and I live upstairs with independent access. I am available 24 hours a day via the app for any questions, needs or problems. You can count on us! In this house, if something breaks, it's okay. You don't have to pay for it!! At the time of departure, the most important thing is not to forget something that you will need later. Hello! Valencia is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain. It has beach and mountains and very good weather. We have many km of bike path, it is a pleasure to visit the city by bike. The Cabañal is a historic neighborhood with many protected houses being old between the sea and the city center. Near the house you can find all kinds of services, supermarket Day 7 minutes walk or Mercadona at 10. Pharmacy 24h and lots of restaurants and bars, but above all a great beach.

Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant accommodation just 2 minutes walk from the beach of Las Arenas and located a few meters walk from the Tarongers hockey field.
