Beach Lover's Heaven

Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in our 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean front condo. It's beautifully furnished and fully equipped with 2 queen beds + 2 comfortable full-sized click-It sofas. Enjoy meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean view! PLEASE NOTE: Our ocean wall had to be rebuilt after Hurricane Maria. A gate to the ocean was installed but the stairs have yet to be installed. No worries--beach access is available through the community basketball court (3 doors beyond our property.)

Spectacular Villa is located at Ocean Villas Condominium within the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Puerto Rico Golf & Beach Resort. Great for families or couples looking to experience the Enchanted Island with your own apartment and the beach within 300 ft. Our guests have access to Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Puerto Golf and Beach Resort's facilities for a fee. Hotel pools are not available for condo guest. Ocean Villas has its own pools , shown in our pictures, which are available for the villa guests.

Our apartment is in front of a beautiful, uncrowded, quite beach and is part of a gated community with security guards 24/7, where you can enjoy 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts and a playground. This listing is at the feet of El Yunque National Rain Forest. Our neighbor is The Rio Mar Hotel with its Golf Court. You’ll love it for its coziness, views, and tranquillity. Perfect for romantic couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). NOTE: HAVING A CAR IS A MUST!

Come to play, explore, or just relax on the beach- a stone's throw away. The condo is fully equipped and there is NO CLEANING FEE!
