Vacation rentals with a patio in Mameyes II

Hi Edwin and Deborah, I just wanted to sincerely thank you for letting us stay at your apartment in Río Grande, Puerto Rico. It was an amazing experience from start to finish! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to that scenery every morning was a true gift. We loved the peaceful atmosphere of the area, the close proximity to the beach, and how easy it was to get around to different attractions. You can really tell how much care and attention you’ve put into the place — it made us feel right at home from the very beginning. Thank you again for your generosity and for allowing us to enjoy such a special place. We truly had an unforgettable vacation, and we’ll absolutely recommend it to friends and family. More or less as described. Comfy beds and furniture. We particularly enjoyed the balcony space, the proximity to the beaches and El Yunke National Forest. My only niggle is it took us a couple tries to determine which compound we were actually in which was El Yunke something. It was Ocean something and Signature Service but never El Yunke anything. And there are several very similar groups of buildings next door. But it’s a small thing! Really enjoyed our stay.

Such a wonderful stay! Falling asleep to the sounds of the rainforest was a treat, and the unit is close enough to town that you can still find stores/restaurants within a 5-ish minute drive. I personally didn’t have a car so I took Ubers most of the time-- they do come out, it just takes a while. If you need to use Uber, the pin “Calle 3 & Calle 8” in Rio Grande works best. Joanna is an incredible host, very responsive and communicative, and she has recommendations for laundromats, stores, etc if you need them. My job is remote and I found that the wifi worked great, but phone calls weren’t always the best quality, probably due to the location. If the window slats are open and you’re sensitive to mosquito bites like I am, Joanna can close them from the outside for you to keep bugs out (for the most part). Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you!

Sebastians place is AMAZING , everything you need in this area for the beach , pool and especially for little ones . So many hidden gems in the house , and the area(Won't spill everything you have to see for yourself!) For reference my Kids are 10 ,5 and 18 months and every need was met from toys to favorite foods , activities and I couldn't be more happier that I booked!! I will be back soon !!

This is my second stay. You can see my review from March of last year for a full review. In summary, the apartment is large, clean and well appointed. It’s in a safe, gated community a few minutes off of highway 3. Close to restaurants and Luquillo beach. The host is friendly and responsive. WiFi is strong and free Netflix. No issues experienced . I would stay again in the future.

We had a great stay at this spacious, nicely decorated apartment in a super convenient location. As a penthouse unit, the rooftop terrace was a huge bonus—perfect for kicking back and relaxing. Everything was clean and thoughtfully stocked—we especially appreciated the little extras like toiletries, beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler), and the s’mores kit! It’s a walk-up (four short flights) and conveniently close to the pool and basketball/tennis courts. The kitchen had everything we needed (just note there’s no dishwasher), and the beds in the master and second bedrooms were very comfy. Restaurants, grocery stores, and nearby towns like Luquillo and Fajardo were all an easy drive away. There was a power outage our first night (island-wide), and while there’s no generator, the flashlights and candles helped until power returned a few hours later. Jose was always super responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Amazing! The house was just what my family and I needed. Our group of 8 had everything we needed, the pool table was great to home the girls got to enjoy thw pool, all rooms had good AC which made sleeping after long days exploring very comfortable. Kitchen and dining table were just enough for us to enjoy breakfast and late night snacks. Location was great, we had restaurant and various stores just 5 mins down the street. Check-in was as smooth as possible, and direction got us to the location w/o a problem. Before our stay there was an issue with the bathroom, but it was addressed and we didn't even noticed, during our stay there was a power outage in the are, but with the great set up that they have in the house we had no issues enjoying our vacation even when the house was running on renerator power, goes to show how well the property is set up! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Yunke area. This location won't disappoint and it's worth every bit of what you spend

We loved our honeymoon stay! Hector was super responsive and so accommodating. We had low batteries in our CO detectors upon arriving, he immediately sent the fire department within the hr to ensure safety and replaced the old detectors with new ones in the same day. That gave us total peace of mind. Space was clean and had everything needed in the kitchen. Restaurants near by were great. There is a rooster at the neighbors, but that’s most all of PR, and I personally like the wake up call. Police station is right down the street and the neighborhood was a quiet residential street. They supplied a beach kit with chairs, blanket, towels, and snorkel gear which came super in handy! Even gave us a bottle of champagne to toast our marriage. Definitely go to Amor & Harina and get a pastry and sandwich! Luquillo beach nearby is beautiful but more a tourist attraction. We hung out mostly in Farjado and Las Croabas for local vibe beaches and Seafood.

Ashley’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, attractive, and stocked up with amenities—perfect for our group of friends to relax in after our days out exploring the area. The kitchen was great and allowed people to cook meals for 8 people. The views of the forest and ocean were just as amazing as they looked in the pictures on the listing. Ashley was very responsive and helped immediately with any minor issue that arose. I would highly recommend this stay!

Highly recommended! Plenty of room for our group of 7, including two kids. Very clean and well stocked. The pool and pool table kept us busy for hours when not exploring. Very close to the rainforest and several beaches, restaurants (great local bakery and juice bar) and a short drive to San Juan/Old San Juan. Joel was an excellent host and very responsive. We were here during the recent island wide power outage with no issues as the house has a large generator. Overall, a great stay!!!

This place is a hidden gem…. I love it so so much from the privacy the home offers to the neighbors being so friendly… felt like home away from home…. Luquillo kiosk only 8 mins away amazing time to have drinks and food…. Down the street by our air bnb coconuts and pinchos $4 bucks amazing experience

Definitely a great place to stay. A 3-5 minute walk to luquillo beach and kiskos. Lots to eat and drink there without having to travel a ton. The place is simple, neat, easy to find and parking was private and effortless. We arrived at 1:30am and it was as simple as we hoped being that we had a delay in our flight and everything was dark and rainy out. Definitely a great experience and will go back! Definitivamente un gran lugar para alojarse. A 3-5 minutos a pie de la playa de Luquillo y Kiskos. Mucho para comer y beber allí sin tener que viajar mucho. El lugar es sencillo, limpio, fácil de encontrar y el aparcamiento era privado y sin esfuerzo. Llegamos a la 1:30 a. m. y fue tan simple como esperábamos, ya que tuvimos un retraso en nuestro vuelo y todo estaba oscuro y lluvioso. ¡Definitivamente una gran experiencia y volveré!

Natalia’s place was the perfect home base for our trip to Luquillo! Close to the beach, the rainforest, and lots of food… but far enough away to offer peace, quiet, stunning views and open space for our kids to run around. We spent most of our time on the patio, and everyone loved the pool! Natalia was an incredible host- we’d give her 100 stars if we could. She helped orchestrate a baby gear rental, responded quickly whenever we needed her, and was incredibly accommodating and patient. One of our top Airbnb experiences!

Vidal was very helpful as we scrambled for a place to stay at a very last minute. I had looked for a rental for days scoured many listings to find the perfect one. Which in the end didn’t work out with power outages in their condo. But Vidal saved us with a beautiful home which was perfect for our getaway! You will experience a true Puerto Rican lifestyle. We were by the rainforest we heard several birds and chickens. This is island life! It didn’t bother us at all. Enjoy the life in Puerto Rico in their everyday life.

Very comfortable, nice location, nice pool, beautiful beaches in the area. Luis was very responsive and recommended nice places.

I had a great week at David and Anthony’s condo. They were excellent hosts and always quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The complex is quiet and secluded and the beach is excellent. It’s clean and safe and very family friendly. It is a short drive to many nice restaurants and stores. It’s also a great location for day trips such as El Yunque, Old San Juan, or the ferry terminal to Culebra. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Puerto Rico. And I would recommend Anthony and David’s place for any couple or small family.

We had an amazing stay at this penthouse! It looks exactly like the photos, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The location was great—just a 30-minute drive without traffic (or 45 minutes with traffic) to the airport or San Juan. Mario was a fantastic host, checking in throughout our trip to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed. The home was fully stocked for cooking, the beds were super comfortable, and they even provided everything you could need for a beach day. My son was especially excited about the boogie boards! The apartment is very spacious, so we never felt cramped, and it was perfect for our family trip celebrating my mom’s birthday. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to bring our friends next time!

The condo was as described and Elizabeth was very responsive to my questions during the stay. The neighborhood was safe and the beach nearby was a short walk and very beautiful. It’s great to have a car as well so you can explore the area. We bought groceries and enjoyed some meals in the condo. The AC also worked great. Finding the condo was confusing at first and Elizabeth was helpful. Once we learned the area it was very easy to get around. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back to Puerto Rico.

We loved the rooftop. It was awesome to have a private patio overlooking the ocean on one side and the rainforest on the other. Though the surrounding homes and structures still show heavy signs of hurricane destruction, walking down the street felt very safe. The neighbors were friendly and would wave when you walk/drive by. Dewey also had a lot of nice amenities for the kids, like sand toys, knee boards, beach towels, etc. Very well stocked. AC also worked well to keep us cool in the evenings.

We stayed in the condo for 22 days. It was comfortable and had the amenities we needed for cooking our meals and relaxing at the beach. We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the cool breezes every evening. The location of the condo was good...very close to El Yunque, Luquillo and Fajardo. It was a bit of a drive to get to San Juan or the west side of the island, but it was certainly doable. We felt safe and appreciated the security and the neighborhood pool. Though Rio Mar resort is private, we walked down and through the resort each day, making for a nice long morning walk. We would definitely recommend staying at this condo.
