Great apartment in a good location. Close to the town square and many shops and restaurants. Nicoletta was a superb host who greeted me at the apartment, showed me everything and even had the heating on ready for me! The apartment was spotless, well equipped and well maintained. Highly recommended.

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Durante il mio soggiorno di due settimane ho trovato in Luca un host eccezionale, sempre disponibile, estremamente attento e premuroso e che fa dell'empatia e del rapporto umano il proprio punto di forza. L'appartamento è davvero impeccabile, fornito di tutto e con un kit di benvenuto davvero oltre le aspettative ed oltre il normale concetto di accoglienza. Il posto auto riservato e le biciclette a disposizione per stupende passeggiate nelle bellissime zone verdi circostanti rendono l'appartamento di Luca la location ideale per un bel soggiorno. Esperienza da ripetere, raccomando vivamente!

We have stayed in Maria’s beautiful apartment many times and we love it more every time. We took the late morning train from Turin and Maria was kind enough to meet us shortly after our train arrived in Sestri, in the early afternoon. Maria takes excellent care of her property, has very tasteful furnishing and the apartment is always very clean with plenty of linens, towels and soaps. The modern kitchen has everything needed and the bathroom is well above average with a wonderful large, tiled shower. The location is absolutely perfect with direct access to the active pedestrian area with shops, cafes, restaurants, a bakery and sandwich shop & just steps away from 4 canti (our favorite pizza). We love the muted sounds of the lively village during the day and at night the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. Our vacation was later in the year than usual so the weather was quite cool but the apartment was warm and cozy. We are looking forward to staying at Maria’s in the years to come.

The apartment is very centrally located, making it easy to reach everywhere. We had no trouble finding a parking spot either. Everything in the apartment was thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. Giorgia was very responsive, warm, and welcoming. All the places she recommended were great and really helped us enjoy our trip even more. If I go to La Spezia again, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

It was great time for us to stay her apartment. Angela, she alway reply for any requests very kindly and quickly. I strongly recommend you to be there.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Rossana. Hôte très accueillante. Logement propre et très bien décoré. Le logement se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture de la gare de La Spezia, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour visiter les 5 terres, tout en étant loin de la foule. Merci

Nous cherchions un endroit calme et près de tout. L'endroit est magnifique et tout est accessible. La maison est paisible et super bien situé. De plus, Alessandro est super rejoignable et ouvert. Ses guides sont super bien fait et on remarque facilement qu'il partage bien l'amour de la région. Grazie e a presto ! On reviendra !

We had a wonderful stay at Alba’s home. It was close to everything yet it was on a quiet street away from crowds. Her home is clean and have all the amenities you’ll need. Alba is a great host. She’s very responsive, friendly, and very helpful.

Abbiamo scelto l'appartamento di Alessandro come base per un tour in moto del golfo della Spezia e delle Alpi Apuane. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Facile trovare il posto, facile il check in e host sempre reattivo. Appartamento completo di tutto e pulito, in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Possibilità di parcheggiare a ridosso dell'appartamento.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Olive Press Lodge - leider zu kurz. Das Anwesen ist so schön und liebevoll gepflegt, wir haben uns jeden Abend gefreut "nach Hause" zu kommen. Wir wurden von Thomas sehr freundlich und offen empfangen und er hatte auch in den kommenden Tagen stets ein offenens Ohr, hatte kostbare Tipps und war hilfbereit - auf eine angenehme, unaufdringliche Weise. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass sie nebenan wohnen, wir fühlten uns zu Hause und Willkommen. Das Haus selber hat alles, was man braucht, man kann sich sofort wohl und angekommen fühlen. Wir hatten auch Regentage und haben es genossen, dass es drin so geräumig und so gemütlich ist. Die Olivenhaine drumherum und der schöne Garten, der, wie alles, liebevoll und bis ins Detail gestaltet und gepflegt ist, runden das Ganze wundervoll ab. Für uns war es rundum perfekt und ich kann jedem diesen wunderbaren Platz nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig renoviertes Steinhaus mit Garten, Terrassen und wundervollem Meerblick. Dank der Fussbodenheizung auch im Winter sehr angenehm. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen, auch dank des herzlichen Empfangs von Giada. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns alle direkt sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles ist modern und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die kleinen Geschenke fanden wir sehr aufmerksam. Wir würden immer wieder kommen! :)

Sabrina was very helpful and nice. Noone disturb us during we were enjoying the view from the common or our terrace. The sunset was beautiful from this apartman's terrace. Sabrina was so nice , she gave us a breakfast basket as well with a lot of cakes, sweetnesses and house eggs. We got a pasta with an italian meatsauce as well like a bolognese which we could make it at one night. They have a kind of shop as well where you can buy all of which you need a perfect romantic sunset programme (chocolates, cakes, fruits and wine or prosecco, etc) and the prices were very friendly... So, we will visit back soon :)

A nice roomy apartment! It could have offered a few more pillows and towels, but we managed just fine. Super centrally located! So it’s very walkable to everything. Another plus is Sestri does not have a gazillion hills and stairs. Walking is easy. The only minus is lots of street noise late at night as partygoers got pretty noisy, but to be right in the heart of Sestri with the Bay of Silence lapping just behind the unit is truly lovely. It’s well worth it.

Wonderful Stay in Lerici – Perfect Location & Fantastic Host! We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was in a perfect location—just a short walk to the waterfront, great restaurants, and all the beautiful spots in Lerici. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. What really made our experience special was the host. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, always quick to respond to any questions. When the heating wasn’t working one evening, they immediately sent someone over to fix it, which we really appreciated. They also gave us amazing local recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which made our trip even more memorable. Traveling with children can sometimes be tricky, but the host made everything so easy for us. They provided a cot, a high chair, and even some toys, which made our stay much more comfortable for the whole family. We had such a fantastic time and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Lerici.

L’appartement est joliment décoré, bien équipé et très confortable. Il est à proximité immédiate de la gare, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer dans la région, et notamment pour aller aux cinq terres ou vers Portofino, mais a également l’inconvénient d’être bruyant en raison du passage régulier des trains. Nous recommandons néanmoins ce logement qui nous a beaucoup plu.

Logement très bien situé dans la ville et pour visiter les cinq terre et Pise également… Appartement très propre et literie de la chambre confortable (canapé du salon ne convient pas pour les adultes et ado car on sent une barre métallique dans le dos) La place de parking est très pratique et est un vrai plus dans cette région…supermarché à côté de l appartement c est top…petit bémol le bruit de rue et de la porte d entrée de l immeuble…Aussi bien pensé à prendre du gel douche, pastille de lave vaisselle et de lave linge car pas disponible dans l appartement…

Awesome place to stay. Quiet, 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurant/ cafes nearby. Apartments is spotless, also everything in the kitchen you might need. Communication with Mary nice, easy, got all information really fast. Recommend this place!

Ottimo soggiorno. L'appartamento è bellissimo dotato di ogni confort, ampio, nuovo, pulito e in ottima posizione. Laura e sua madre sono state sempre gentili e disponibili. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Diego é stato molto d´aiuto giá prima di arrivare con informazioni molto dettagliate di orari di autobus e di tragitti. Diego é sempre pronto a rispondere velocemente e molto cordialmente. L´appartamento era molto pulito e fornito di tutto quello che serve durante una vacanza. Il mio posto preferito é stato il balconcino con una stupenda vista sul mare. Inoltre si é immersi nella natura tra alberi di ulivi, fiori e bellissimi orti di case vicine. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno da Diego. Grazie
