The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountain climbing village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lien Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a magnificent secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

The location also leaves nothing to be desired, with restaurants as well as the leisure center, natural swimming pond, climbing tower, soccer and tennis court as well as shooting range, within walking distance. In addition, the Heiligenblut am Großglockner ski resort can be reached in 15 minutes. After a long day of skiing, you can relax perfectly in the infrared cabin.

Mini house in mini-golf on the hill.

Mini house surrounded by greenery at the Valbruna mini golf. The cottage is the second on a small hill. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. In the bathroom, shower, sink, and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini-golf, cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left is the mini-golf signpost.

Nestled in nature, in a panoramic area at the foot of Mount Pizzul, at 1000 metres above sea level, the chalet "In dai guriuz” guarantees maximum relaxation and the possibility of cultural and naturalistic excursions along the path of the evocative meadows. Set on three floors and equipped with all comforts, including Wi-Fi, digital terrestrial, kitchen/living room with fireplace, modern appliances, playroom and music area, it is suitable for the needs of all families, adults and younger.

We offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated cottage for exclusive use. Alpine cosiness meets modernity here. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Alpine lodge with magnificent views

Abschalten im historischen Almhaus , Ruhe und Aussicht genießen. Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern, Schifahren, Langlaufen, Bergsteigen, Raften.. Heizen mit Holz solltest du können! Holzherd in der Küche Kachelofen (Stube) Strompaneele (Schlafzimmer) Holz, Strom, Tourismuspauschale sind extra zu bezahlen. Strom 45 Cent pro kWh Holz 120 euro pro Festmeter Tourismuspauschale 2,30 /Tag/Person herrliches Quellwasser Betten sind auch historisch und daher auch nur cirka 190cm lang.

Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

Penthouse in farmhouse & 2 sunny roof terraces

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
