place was very comfortable for 2 people. Queen bed was very comfy with enough pillows. provided clean nice towels and toiletries were good quality. except for the aircon that dripped water everything about the place was great. would recommend it for couples.

This is a well-maintained, very clean, well-equipped apartment in Makati. It was within walking distance of everywhere I needed to go. I found it quiet (didn't hear the neighbours), and the building staff were always courteous and helpful also. Greg met me on arrival. He was waiting in the lobby to greet me and introduced me to security so I got my building pass without any problem. He was very accommodating to my questions and needs throughout my month-long stay. The mall downstairs (including a large supermarket, a hardware store, restaurants and other stores) met all my day-to-day needs, very convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance for those times when I didn't want to cook for myself. The bed and other furniture were all very comfortable. I didn't use the TV or air con so I can't comment on those but they looked OK. Thank you, Greg. I would definitely stay with you again.
