Beachfront vacation rentals in Manistee Lake

The log cabin was fabulous. It was perfectly appointed and, even though not quite warm enough outside just yet, Bar Lake made all stress subside.

The home is as described and I can’t say a single thing bad about our stay. The driveway is STEEEP as she says, do not underestimate her words 😂 it was not an issue though. The house is beautiful, clean, great location with the most perfect upper Michigan views. I’d come back and I would 100% recommend.

Place was exactly as described. Perfect location for our needs and the ability to bring our dogs was a huge plus. House was spacious and well kept. Would stay here again

This was a great place to go to reset and relax. The water was a serene experience and left us feeling awww’d Going to town wasn’t far to get needed supplies We look forward to visiting again!

It was our 2nd time staying here and would do so again. Only negative was running out of propane in the BBQ the last night, but we were able to cook dinner without it. The location is great and works well with our larger group.

We had a great time here. This two bedroom, two bathroom house was perfect for my family ( 2 adults, 1 child and a large dog. The house is recently remodeled, located in the woods and on a lake. The yard is beautiful the views are perfect. There was everything you needed inside included a hair dryer which I forgot and family games like the fun childish butt crack puzzle that my 8 year old loved doing with us. The house is located only 20+ minutes from downtown Traverse City but just out of the hustle and bustle. The only thing that sucked was the sliding door that stuck, was so hard to open and close and almost impossible to lock but the owners had a paper on the fridge explaining that they were fixing that very soon. We visited in April so we didn't get in the water but they had kayaks, fishing poles, bikes, life jackets and so much more to enjoy that lake. I loved this vacation.

Overall, excellent choice for us for the first leg of our golf trip at Arcadia Bluffs.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and downtown. We went in the off season so the crowd was light. The place is clean, inviting, and has all the amenities you would need. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub so I can’t speak on that but they seemed nice. Troy was responsive to all of my questions, great host.

Cannot say enough great things about this space and Michael! Amazing space. Fell in love with TC! Will be back....and definitely stay here!

Fantastic home in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Lots of amenities. The hot tub was amazing! The view to the lake was beautiful. Lots of thoughtful details, like plentiful towels. Nicole was a great host. Would love to return in summer or fall to fully experience the natural beauty of Michigan and make use of more of the amenities.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is clean, right on the water and in a good location that’s close to the restaurants and stores.

Amazing location, incredible home! A few things broken or not working in the home. A few lights, one of the toilets didn't flush, a shower door didn't fully close. Recommendations would be more bright lighting in the basement as well as a nice table to sit and play games at (for the adults while the kids are swimming). All in all, it was an amazing stay and definitely a place we'd come back to! Beautiful views out of every window. The library was a favorite! Great place for kids. Lots of areas for hide and seek and many places for activities. They loved the pool, hot tub, and "tree house" (as they called it..the top room with the winding staircase) the most! Also we lovvvved the dunes and walks on the beach! A true hidden gem of a location!

Perfect in every way! Great location, cozy beds and sparkling clean. I was lucky to visit in snow season but can only imagine how beautiful it is Imi the summer.

This is a lovely home in an amazing location. The access to Silver Lake with paddle boards and kayaks readily available was amazing!

We loved the 2 levels that gave us quiet space for a napping baby and adults trying to work remotely vs shared space for family conversation and noise upstairs. And a beautiful porch for a little added privacy.

The house is just as described and the place is spotless clean. All details are prepared with so much attention and care. It was a real pleasure to stay there over the Easter holidays. I would recommend Dawn’s place without a doubt!

The host was so friendly, the views were beyond stunning. And I found a petoskey!! I wish I had never left!
