Welcome to Skadevi Herrgård! Here, you will be greeted by a cosy manor house from 1929, measuring a full 325 m², divided into 10 rooms. With a private location and a 7,000-square-metre plot at the edge of the forest, there is plenty of space for activities. The house is perfect for larger groups, whether you want to celebrate something special over a weekend or gather family and friends for a wonderful week together. Relax in this peaceful accommodation and enjoy lake views and nature. Here, you will live in a brand-new, single-storey villa with large window sections and huge sliding doors facing the lake. The house has a wood-burning stove and underfloor heating throughout. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 room with sofa bed. Open-plan living room and kitchen with a fantastic view. The house has a terrace of about 75 m², part of which is a cozy covered patio. There are canoes, and you can swim from the property. There is a nice beach 7 minutes away.

Other rooms have been renovated but have retained their old charm. Fireplace and also wood stove. The house is located adjacent to another property where there are sheep and chickens. Otherwise, the house is surrounded by forests and green areas. A smaller river for fishing is a few hundred meters away. Swimming area within 5 km. Access to a simple outdoor gym, wood-fired sauna, two nice bicycles to borrow.

A home for you who appreciate the simple and who want to spend time with the family outdoors and together. Light a fire in the wood stove in the morning, take a dip in the pool or a sauna after a walk in the woods. The Dalälven river is 1 km down the road with a swimming jetty. The farm's animals often walk freely so it is possible to socialize closely with dogs, cats, chickens, horses and sheep.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.
