Bicycles can be stored in the private room next to our apartment. Lake Neusiedlersee is in walking distance 10 min and Shopping Outlet Parndorf only 5 Min drive.

Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Fantastic 180 m² living space and 1000 m² garden. Decorated for Christmas starting in December. Lower floor: 2nd bedroom with bathroom, children's corner. Our garden: large pool with counter-current system, large grill, lounge corner with pergola and terrace with large awning. 💗

We offer a beautiful little, private house including terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
