Monthly Rentals in Manoa Falls

We had a 10/10 great stay here. The unit is completely separate from the main house, so you get tons of privacy with your own separate entrance and garage (my husband was able to park his mid-size truck just fine). It is well furnished and fully stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. Pull out couch was very comfy. It was spotless - clean linens, bathroom (and we're pretty clean people). You can see mountain & ocean from the window, and the trade winds feel amazing with the windows open. Location was perfect for us - located in a quiet neighborhood and still walking distance to Target, Windward mall and local supermarkets. It's also a short drive (15min) to Kailua, Honolulu (20min), and a good halfway point to North Shore. Gen & Shantel are very responsive through the app, and on the rare occasions we saw them in the driveway, they are very friendly and pleasant people. I highly highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a longer-term rental on Oahu.

The condo is well equipped. There are washing machines and dryers in the house. If you have a car to park ( rental car ), parking is available! A pool is available !

We loved the peaceful, nice view on Wilhelmina Rise which is also a convenient location to shopping and our relatives. We spent most of our time on the large deck/lanai because the view and breeze are so pleasant. The kitchen is small but nicely stocked and has a large refrigerator. The bathroom also has a nice large shower. We will definitely be returning to this special spot!!

This is the second time my wife and I stayed in Lygia's condo and it was great both times. The condo is well equipped with all we needed to cook in and be comfortable as well as all the beach gear we needed. The unit is spacious and the balcony was expansive with great views day & night. The staff and security at the complex were great! Responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. We only had one issue in the unit when the TV sound went bad. Lygia, even though she was out of town, responded immediately and replaced the TV with a brand new, up-to-date- smart 55" TV within 2 days! We stayed about 5 weeks and we loved every minute!
