Excellent service from Mr. Luis and his staff, it is very conveniently located and you can even walk to the shopping mall and several areas. It has a laundry area which is a plus, and additional good general air conditioning. Recommended if you want to spend a few pleasant days in Manta.

Highly recommended, the apartment had everything necessary and the cart was super safe. The terrace facilities were also nice and quiet.

The apartment is located in an area with easy access and close to the city's main tourist offers. It was very comfortable to stay there, and it's a place for short or long stays. The person in charge of the front desk of the condo was very nice and not to mention Alfonso, who was very attentive to my stay and several questions.

Juan's apartment is just like the pictures, with an extraordinary view, it is comfortable and very cozy. Juan is an excellent host, he was always attentive. My family and I spent some incredible days there. We'll be back for sure.

Excellent place with a beautiful and direct view to the sea from the room and balcony, quiet area and close to everything (beach, mall and restaurants). Just like the pictures. We look forward to returning for the next vacation longer. Luis is a good host with clear instructions for check-in and check-out.
