Great stay we had a really good time, strategically located near Perugia and quite quiet area. The cozy place and the owners are very helpful.

The house is ideally located for exploring Umbria and some places in Tuscany. We received many good tips before we arrived, which we loved. The village is (except for neighbor's dogs) very quiet and living in the house felt very authentic to us.

Such a cute apartment. It has all of the things you need for a comfortable stay. It was stocked with plenty of linens, and was very clean. The location was great. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the lake. The apartment had a lovely view. Christian was very nice, and communicative. He checked in regularly to be sure I was comfortable and happy. He always responded quickly and was a pleasure to speak to. He met me personally to check in and explained everything about the apartment, and gave recommendations of things to do around. He is an excellent host.
