Monthly Rentals in Manton

I booked based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. The cottage is lovely and has everything you could need for a perfect stay. I was able to park directly outside the cottage with no concerns. Rutland Water is gorgeous and I really enjoyed walking round the reservoir. I also drove to Seaton and found a great view of the very impressive viaduct. I didn’t meet Marie or Ben but Marie was in contact throughout my visit to make sure I had everything I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely property.

I stayed here for a month and had everything I needed. Stephen and Randall have been very kind and I really enjoyed our chats. They made me feel right at home. The annex is as described and very quiet so I could work undisturbed. Perfect base to explore Oakham, Stamford and Rutland Water from. I would stay again and can highly recommend it.

We had a lovely time in Oakham, the apartment was as described/pictured and super relaxing. Also close by to Rutland Water which we wanted to explore. Veronica was a great host answering any queries we had promptly and providing smooth & timely check in guidance. Would definitely stay in the Oak Tree Annexe again.

We had a lovely stay in clock cottage. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Clear instructions and directions to get into the cottage and contact details in case of problems. A lovely welcome gift, thank you. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. 5 stars.
