We stayed at Mattéo, a tip, GO FOR IT without hesitation! We were perfectly welcomed, the house even better in real life than in the photos where it is already very good, is perfectly clean, the quality bedding (me who sleeps very badly when I am not at home I slept very well there), there is absolutely nothing missing to have a good stay it's like home. Great location to visit the area, we preferred to take the train to visit Rome, the train station is nearby without having noise. Shops are close by, there is really everything you need. The municipality is quiet and good attendance. Mattéo and his parents are caring, caring and adorable people, if all RBNBs could be at home that would be great. I recommend it +++

A lovely little house in a town just outside Manziana (perhaps it could be considered a neighborhood of Manziana). The village streets are very nice and quiet (except for some morning chatter on the street). We had a great time, the house itself was a bit reminiscent of a ship. Everything very clean and simple and welcoming, just what we were looking for. For check-in we did self-check-in which made our arrival less stressful, because we knew we had this flexibility. Great communication, Simone responded to our messages right away. The area and the town of Manziana is very nice, with a backdrop of mountains and lake. The only thing to consider is that it takes about 25 minutes to walk from Manziana train station to the house and the last part is uphill, but all doable without big suitcases. We were very happy!
