Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Mar Azul

The apartment is just as it is shown. There were 3 of us and we were very comfortable. Maybe if they are 4 adults, you might be a little tight. The building is very modern, it meets everything. Elevators (2), pool, parking lot, games room, living room, washing machine and gym. 10 points. The view it has makes it very spacious and warm. The living room is very spacious. If you go, I recommend keeping in mind that the crockery is fair for 4 people, I mean if for some reason you invite someone to dinner, you should bring their cutlery/plate/glass. But the rest is perfect. Fridge, oven, air and everything you need for a good stay has it. Maybe the bathroom is a little small, but it does. It is great to be a 10’ walk from the center of Pinamar, perhaps to go to the beach walking a little longer. If you are with a car in 5’ you are at the beach and the carport is very spacious. I recommend the apartment, the price/quality ratio is very good, with a central and quiet area.

The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything needed . It also has comfort details such as the kitchen and steam extractor in the bathroom as well as the beautiful patio to enjoy the sunsets in front of the Golf . I would come back.

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful area, with a tranquility and special silence that is imposed in a closed neighborhood, among the typical Pinamar pines, including features such as the garage and pool, which are just a few meters from the house. This is extremely spacious and comfortable,the kitchen secluded, a large living room, the atmosphere and decor of this space is really a 10/10, making it very cozy. The ground floor allows the sleeping area to be isolated,the bathrooms are spacious and comfortable . It is very well equipped with everything you may need. Even dishwasher. The exit to the outside, with the roofed terrace that has a grill becomes the obligatory space to share by the view among the tall trees and direct to golf, either for any food, or some mates and chatter. Unique criticism: the ground floor, has no air circulation, so the humidity says present, equally, with the ceiling fans comes over it quietly

An excellent house

Our stay was excellent. With the initial instructions given by us Sebastián (and Mrs. Norma) there was no need to disturblos during the stay. The house is as shown in the pictures, with large, fresh and practical environments. Nice garden with tall trees that provide good shade if you intend to protect yourself from the sunlight. We had a great time, and it's very recommendable

The stay in the house of Constanza was great, there were two couples with two children and two babies and we were very well, comfortable and large rooms, well equipped, well equipped kitchen and a very spacious terrace and garden where to enjoy the family with intimidation and grill! And a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The apartment is really very comfortable, fully equipped with quality furniture, spacious, and the balcony with ocean views is the plus that makes it worth it. Very nice complex, the amenities (gym, sports area, heated pool and pool) are very good. The pool is very well located, since it is in the middle of the way to the sea, allowing you to cool off on the way back from the beach. The service from the complex's security staff was very good, super friendly and willing to solve any issue. The hosts were proactive and willing to solve any problems, perfectly compensating for any unforeseen situations that may have occurred. The beach is very quiet, excellent. In short, very satisfied, we had a great time and rested very well! Thanks for everything!

The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, in front of the golf, which allows you to enjoy very nice sunsets and close to the sea. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. We appreciate the predisposition of Miguel (collaborator of Santiago), who on occasions that we need it, was always present.

The apartment is super, I really liked it. The apartment in the photo looked bigger, more spacious, but for me how much I lived there alone, this did not interfere. The view is just super, very bright, wow. I definitely recommend it!

Excellent stay at Daniel's apartment. Central location, one and a half blocks from the beach. We highlight the kitchen, which had all the necessary utensils and more. The only thing we think they could improve is the comfort of the beds; otherwise it is highly recommended.

Flawless apartment in an unbeatable location! The accommodation is very nice, as shown in the photos, very comfortable and spacious, it is very well-equipped and the location is excellent, it is a few blocks from the beach and in front of the shopping center! The building's pool and gym amenities are great too! Analia responded immediately to a small inconvenience we had and solved it quickly.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is beautiful, it's bigger than what you see in the photos!! The balcony with an ocean view is very nice. You are 15 minutes by car from downtown Pinamar. Everything was great.
