Vacation rentals with a patio in Mar de Ajó

The apartment is just as it is shown. There were 3 of us and we were very comfortable. Maybe if they are 4 adults, you might be a little tight. The building is very modern, it meets everything. Elevators (2), pool, parking lot, games room, living room, washing machine and gym. 10 points. The view it has makes it very spacious and warm. The living room is very spacious. If you go, I recommend keeping in mind that the crockery is fair for 4 people, I mean if for some reason you invite someone to dinner, you should bring their cutlery/plate/glass. But the rest is perfect. Fridge, oven, air and everything you need for a good stay has it. Maybe the bathroom is a little small, but it does. It is great to be a 10’ walk from the center of Pinamar, perhaps to go to the beach walking a little longer. If you are with a car in 5’ you are at the beach and the carport is very spacious. I recommend the apartment, the price/quality ratio is very good, with a central and quiet area.

A very beautiful home in an excellent location, with private land. An ideal choice for a family vacation, and the morning view of the forest upon waking is just amazing! There is a space to park the car, and walking distance there is a store where you can buy food. I also want to emphasize that the kitchen is very well equipped and has all the necessary utensils and dinnerware to cook. I was pleasantly surprised! Laura is a very welcoming host and a wonderful person. I am very grateful for the warm welcome and definitely recommend it. I only take the best impressions! Thank you very much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Javier's place! We couldn't believe how close we were to the ocean -- you can see it from the bed. :) The place was super comfortable and Javier and his spouse were so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Mar de las Pampas itself is a magical place full of peace; the location of the apartment is perfect and allowed us to enjoy in full, it was ideal to disconnect. Close to go to the center and beach on foot! :)

Everything is excellent, the location is quiet, Juan the owner is impeccable, super loving and good host, the apartment is very nice and has an incredible terrace that makes it super enjoyable, the truth is that the experience was great and I would definitely return to this accommodation.

We stayed in Karilo with two families — four adults and two toddlers. We really enjoyed the house! Spacious, cozy, well equipped — had everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a large number of dishes. Separately, we want to note a great parish — the meat turned out to be simply gorgeous. There was also an outdoor heated hot tub near the house. A cozy fireplace in the house. The house is very warm, bright. Host Camila responds instantly to requests. We really appreciated it. Our vacation was wonderful thanks to your service. We highly recommend this house! Everything was excellent. Barbara was very friendly allowing us to get in a couple of hours early, which we needed for work. The beach is medium to transmano by the path that Claudia indicated, we discover that it is better to go the path on the right; only for other travelers to take it into account.

The truth is spotless! Unbeatable location! I loved the place, I rose with the sea view 180 degrees, the window of the main room had a panoramic view of the sea, really beautiful, super spacious the depto, very comfortable, a giant balcony, to enjoy looking at the sea. The beautiful resort, the super private beach! I would come back a thousand times over! Thank you Adrian for being super aware of you and your son all the time.

The space was much more spacious, comfortable, and with a nice view than what's shown in the photos. We were only 2 nights. many storage spaces and very comfortable for us who went with 3 girls. being so many were fundamental the second bathroom. Very friendly and attentive the people who welcomed us and took care of us during our stay. We will return without hesitation

Excellent stay in Javier's apartment. The fantastic location, in front of the beach by a walkway. Super modern everything, with two excellent televisions and all the platforms of streamings haunted and for being. Javier was very busy, gave us recommendations and was very flexible with our check-in and check-out times. We will definitely be back!
