Everything was perfect. The only downside that was presented is that the house has an electric lock and the initial entry is no contact with a key that the host sends, but for the time I arrived the sun made it difficult to read the keyboard. It was resolved smoothly because the host was attentive so I called her and opened it to me in a minute. The following days are no problem because a proximity magnetic key is given so it is no longer necessary to use the keyboard and if the tenant wants it there is the option to disable the magnetic lock (which is very comfortable and practical) and use a common key instead.

Everything is excellent. The house is just like the photos, very comfortable and with everything you need. Beautiful park to enjoy the outdoors, and the best I went with my dog who was able to enjoy it and was the whole property well fenced and safe.

the house is very clean, good distribution, comfortable, everything in good condition, well theme heating, ventilation, lighting and water pressure. parking inside, better than on the street always. obsolete socks, only air channels, it would be good to change for more modern smart type, greetings!!!

We were 5 friends and really the house is super comfortable, beautiful area, meters from the beach, places nearby to eat or shop for cooking. Everything spotless, we would definitely come back.

It is a spacious and comfortable house, very well equipped, in a quiet and wooded area. The entrance courtyard, with the pergola and wisteria (and the play of light and shadow), is simply wonderful. The hosts are attentive and resolve all questions instantly. The backyard is small and comfortable, with a large table and a place for firewood. Two cars can be parked comfortably on the side. There is a stream nearby, and it is very quiet for walking. The nearest beach is easily reached by car in 5 minutes. We would definitely come back!

I loved the combination of nature with the comfort of the heated pool, which allows you to enjoy even on rainy days, something ideal considering the changing climate of the coast. The house is very bright, has all the necessary tools to cook and the bed is super comfortable. Also, when I needed a blender, Mariano lent it to me without a problem. All the surroundings are beautiful, perfect to relax and enjoy. ¡Excellent experience!

It was a divine stay. Sofia was very nice and they were always available. The apartment is just as cute as in the pictures. It has a dream view, and I loved the amenities of the building, especially the pool. We will be back!

Beautiful home. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the windows in the morning give you a beautiful view of the pool and trees. Very comfortable beds. Carlos was attentive throughout the stay, asking if we needed anything. The pool is very much enjoyed, especially since the area is very quiet and ideal for clearing out. We will definitely be back.

Second time we stayed, excellent both times and we plan to come back! The house is located in a very quiet place that allows you to rest, it is spacious and the Internet connection supports two people working remotely without problems. The pool and indoor grill are definitely our favorites, as well as the view. All in all, everything is perfect and super recommended!

Mariana's house is super quiet. She is always willing to answer our queries. The house has everything you need. There are warehouses nearby. It's a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The beach that is 3 blocks away is very nice and there are others nearby that are very beautiful, such as golden beach. We will be back. If you want tranquility and beach nearby, it is a great option.

Rocío is an excellent host, the place is very clean, impeccable, everything is very well cared for, the only thing I didn't like was the location. Excellent stay, we arrived a little earlier and we were allowed to check in a couple of hours before, the very good pool, close to the beach 4 blocks approximate. Place to park in front of the accommodation, my pets felt at home and we too, really thank you very much for the week we spent there at Villa Gesell

The place is the same as the photos, the location in the neighborhood is ideal. Everything is very quiet. Agustina was very attentive throughout the stay, the only thing is that one of the rooms does not have ventilation and a little humidity smell is concentrated but everything else was great!!
