Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. Everything—from the warm welcome by the team, to the delicious food, to the stunning view over the lake—was just perfect. Kumar took excellent care of us, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My family and I had a short but great stay! The host is proactive, helpful and friendly and gave us a lot of helpful recommendations. It’s very close to all the historical and religious sights which proved very useful too. Thank you Anasuya, we’ll definitely be back!

Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour très agréable dans votre Tiny House. La vue et la localisation étaient super, en pleine nature, très calme et reposant. Merci de vous être occupés de nous pour nous emmener au temple de Dumballa, de nous avoir réservé les tuk tuk, mais également l’après-midi au parc de Minneriya pour voir les éléphants. Nous avons également pris les repas proposés, et nous avons vraiment très bien mangé. Très bonne communication avant notre arrivée, et pendant notre séjour. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment chez vous pour commencer nos vacances au Sri Lanka, merci encore pour votre accueil.

We loved our stay here. We are backpacking around Sri Lanka and wanted to try something different than hostels and this was perfect. Such an experience! Animal sounds to listen to at night. So many beautiful fireflies at night. Hashan was a good host. Good at communicating and helping where help was needed. Thank you for this experience!

Devika is an amazing host, warm and friendly with a kind soul. Her family are very welcoming, and it was a pleasure to share there space. The tiny house is gorgeous. It's new and modern, with a well thought out design. We enjoyed preparing meals in the kitchen, while watching the squirrels out of the window. The location is great, only a short ride to supermarkets, restaurants and sites. The bikes were a massive bonus, and we made use of them every day. Devika's garden is very peaceful, a lovely place to relax. Her communication was excellent, and we would not hesitate in recommending her home.

We enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Peter’s cabin. It gave us a wilderness feel without really being in the wild. The cabin is in the village very near the tourist town centre. The space is as the photos. The cabin was clean. The bed was comfortable enough for us. It can get warm in the day but the ceiling fan on full blast helps. Lion’s rock can be seen clearly from the cabin. Although Peter was not there, he was a great host who was friendly, responsive and made every effort to ensure we had a nice stay.
