This unique place has a style all its own. Studio style Casita with fantastic outdoor living. The overall property is over 1 acre. Great for Couples who want some free time, or mothers with a child or two who love to swim, explore, and play in tree houses. As you can tell the photos speak for themselves in describing our property. Awesome views, amazing sunsets, great gas fireplace sitting area, large natural fire pit, and of course an amazing pool to sunbathe around and cool off!

Lovely Tucson home with swimming pool.

Comfortable and cozy. Swimming pool (pool is NOT a heated pool). We do not allow parties to take place in our home. Work desk available in dining room area. TV in living room and one in the master bedroom. TV's are set up for those who have access to Netflix, Roku, etc. No local TV channels are available. Free WI-FI. Beds are comfortable. Within 2 miles are restaurants and shopping area with brand name stores. Texas Roadhouse, Cracker Barrel, and other eating places nearby.

This luxury guest home was originally a chicken coop for a farmer over 60 years who owned the majority of the land in the area. With an addition and a complete renovation, we have designed this for the perfect vacation rental ideally located in Tucson. 15 minutes to Banner and the U of A. 10 minutes to Oro Valley or the freeway. Tiny Home. Very private. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of land surrounding. Separate driveway And huge lot area. Dog Ok. NO CATS New, extremely comfortable Queen memory foam/gel mattress in the bedroom and brand new Queen memory foam mattress in the pull out couch. This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.

Park by your PRIVATE entrance. This spacious suite is quiet with its own Mini Split set . The WIFI is fast and the kitchenette has a full size fridge. I prefer solo travelers and charge a little more for a 2nd guest. No unauthorized guests. Locals must send an inquiry about your stay before booking. 15-20 minutes to downtown, UA and the airport. Sending a message about your stay is appreciated.
