Appartamento luminoso e molto spazioso (circa 60 mq.) in edificio di recente costruzione, zona tranquilla e posizione strategica, parcheggio esterno gratuito. Dista circa 800 mt dalla Stazione dei Treni e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Si possono facilmente raggiungere diverse località di montagna oppure il Lago di Garda. L'alloggio è molto ampio (circa 60 mq.) ed è composto da tre balconi, riscaldamento a pavimento, serramenti nuovi in pvc con triplo vetro e portoncino blindato.
